Winterthur: Shell of the "Fahrwerk" completed
The Hiag project will provide over 10,500 square meters of commercial rental space from spring 2025.
As part of the "Fahrwerk" construction project in Oberwinterthur, the client Hiag recently celebrated the traditional topping-out ceremony together with the general planner WWP, the responsible architect Dani Burkard and the construction company Marti Zurich. The construction project is reportedly progressing according to plan.
In the "Fahrwerk" in the Oberwinterthur commercial and industrial quarter "Hegmatten", 10,500 sqm of rental space is being created. Partial areas are available from 1,500 sqm. The building is Minergie Eco certified and has a PV system with up to 100% self-sufficiency. Completion is scheduled for spring. (aw)
