As announced by Halter, Pilatus Arena Sports & Events AG (PASE) was founded in November as the operating company for the Pilatus Arena. The shareholders are Halter Group AG and Caranto AG from Lucerne. As general tenant of the arena, the new company assumes responsibility for the organization and marketing of events.

According to a statement, the Halter Group holds 70 % of the shares. The remaining 30 % are held by Caranto AG. This company will "use its experience and operational expertise to ensure that stadium catering is of the highest standard", according to the press release. The Board of Directors of PASE consists of Andreas Campi, Alois Keiser, Markus Mettler (Chairman) and Julia Schwöbel. Schwöbel, co-owner of Caranto AG, is also a member of the Board of Directors of the sports club HC Kriens Luzern AG.

Markus Mettler, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halter AG, explains the developer's commitment as follows: "This is in line with our strategy in the Halter ecosystem of positioning companies independently along the real estate life cycle - from spatial planning to operation - while at the same time linking their expertise and networks within the ecosystem and working together synergistically."
