Baden: Technology company rents in the "Konnex"
Colliers Switzerland is letting a good 1,500 sqm to the connection technology specialist Harting AG.
The German technology company Harting AG is relocating to Baden. Colliers Switzerland brokered the lease agreement for 1,530 sqm on the 5th floor of the Konnex office property. According to Colliers, one of the key arguments in favor of the location was the property's sustainability concept. According to the press release, the new location is due to open for business in October 2025 as a global headquarters.
The Harting Technology Group was founded in 1945 in Minden in northern Germany. The company made a name for itself as a connector manufacturer and is now one of the world's leading suppliers of industrial connection technology. (aw)
