An international company has rented 1,000 square meters of space for its Swiss headquarters in the Lindbergh commercial property in Glattpark. The company, which operates in the field of electromobility, commissioned Colliers Switzerland with the search for space. The mandate reportedly covered the entire search and negotiation process. This proved to be "unusually complex". In this context, Robert Hauri, CEO of Colliers Switzerland, emphasizes "requirements from a Far Eastern doctrine", which are "not lived" in the Swiss construction method.
The Lindbergh-Allee residential and office complex was realized by Steiner AG between 2012 and 2015. The seven-storey building comprises 15,000 square meters of service and office space as well as 150 apartments. (aw)
