The Avenirplus Investment Foundation announces an opening for new subscriptions. It begins on February 3 and runs until March 31. In this context, the investment foundation refers to the "Wabern West" redevelopment project. The real estate investment group is investing in the renovation of the properties at Funkstrasse 102 to 108 and 112 to 118, where the first half of the project has been completed.

With 15%, the investment group holds the second-largest share in the complex's co-ownership association in the project, which is worth around CHF 21 million. Of the 185 units that are being completely renovated, earthquake-proofed and energy-optimized, 85 apartments and eight offices have already been renovated. The remaining 84 apartments and eight offices will follow by the end of 2026. All 85 apartments in the buildings in question - including 50 one-bedroom, 15 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom apartments - have reportedly been let at rents above the regional average. "The entire investment costs will be covered by the appreciation after completion," writes Avenirplus. The rent level of the newly renovated and sustainable apartments contributes directly to the increase in earning power, it says. (aw)
