Neuhausen: Two high-rise buildings at the Rhine Falls completed
Losinger Marazzi has constructed one building with owner-occupied apartments and one with rental apartments. The latter was handed over to an investment foundation.

Losinger Marazzi has completed and handed over a development on Industrieplatz Ost in the center of Neuhausen am Rheinfall (SH). The result is two high-rise buildings just 250 meters from the Rhine Falls. Building B ("Five Corners") with a height of 35 meters comprises 48 condominiums, two studios and a commercial space. The space was handed over to the owners in November. All units have already been sold. Building A ("Rhio") was handed over to the Turidomus investment foundation, which is represented by Pensimo Management AG, in December. The 45-metre-high building comprises 80 rental apartments and a guest apartment on 14 upper floors, including four maisonettes and six studio apartments as well as a roof terrace accessible to all residents.
According to Losinger Marazzi, the project development took a total of ten years, including the development of the voluntary "Industrieplatz Ost" neighborhood plan. All parking spaces are equipped for electromobility. Various industrialization products such as sandwich elements and prefabricated window elements with balustrades and railings were reportedly used in the construction of the pentagonal building. (aw)
