As total contractor, HRS is constructing 7,500 square meters of production space and 5,500 square meters of office space for an industrial company. The investor is an insurance company.

The foundation stone for a new Körber plant was laid in Grabs (SG) recently. The company manufactures packaging machines for global customers in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries at the site. The new building and extension will be built on a site next to the existing building in the Chrebsengraben industrial estate and will comprise a basement, two production floors and two office floors with a total of around 7,500 square meters of production space and around 5,500 square meters of office space. According to the information provided, the property will meet the highest standards in terms of sustainability, including high energy efficiency and a photovoltaic system on the roof.
HRS is the total contractor and, via HRS Investment AG, also the client of the project. Accident insurance company Suva is involved as a long-term investor in the company building. The designs were created by ATM3 AG from Grabs.
The new building is due to be completed in 2027. HRS estimates the investment volume at CHF 65 million. According to the project website, the plot area is 10,957 square meters and the main usable area is 22,411 square meters. (aw)
