Lausanne: Dominicé completes residential building

The Dominicé Swiss Property Fund (DSPF) has completed a residential property in Lausanne. In place of a 927 sqm building that was acquired in 2016, 29 apartments have been created on 1,456 sqm. Two commercial spaces with a combined area of over 200 sqm have also been created at Rue de la Borde 17. Construction began in May 2023 and was completed on schedule at the beginning of this year.

The purchase price for the property was CHF 4.3 million at the time, while Dominicé estimates the construction costs at CHF 8.3 million. With a rental income of 575,880 sqm, the building reportedly generates a gross yield of 4.5%. (aw)
