Bussigny: "Coté Gare" quarter is completed
HRS announces the official handover of the keys to the project with 47,000 square meters of residential and commercial space to the investors Baloise and Turidomus.

The Côté Gare project in Bussigny has been completed. As announced by HRS, the developer and total contractor, the keys were officially handed over to the building owners Baloise Vie SA and the Turidomus investment foundation these days. The new residential quarter comprises 471 apartments and around 6,000 square meters of commercial space spread over several buildings. Construction took 48 months, but the site has been owned by HRS since 2011, when the property was acquired from the Kindlimann company and part of the neighboring property from a media company. The project comprises two zones with a total of 41,000 square meters of living space. Offices and retail space have also been designed. The project addresses the issue of sustainability by using geothermal probes and heat pumps, among other things. (aw)
