St. Gallen: Schaeppi Grundstücke moves into "Kurt" office building
The real estate company leaves its St. Gallen location after several decades and moves into 200 square meters in an existing building built in 2013.
Schaeppi Grundstücke AG is relocating in St. Gallen. After six decades at Oberer Graben 3, the real estate company is moving to the "Kurt" office building at Breitfeldstrasse 13. The old location is being converted for the new St.Gallen library. The new offices are flexible and offer space for growth, writes the company, which was founded in Zurich 90 years ago, in a press release. The new offices measure 200 square meters and are due to be occupied in May.
According to previous information, the Kurt office building comprises approx. 7,000 square meters of office space. It was designed by CH Architekten and realized by the construction company Frutiger in 2013. (aw)
