Priora builds superstructure in Wabern
The large "Bächtelenpark" development is currently under construction in Wabern. Priora Generalunternehmung is building a new residential estate on five construction sites with different types of buildings, including a 53-meter-high, 17-story high-rise.
Four residential buildings with 158 apartments, 25 terraced single-family houses, three parking halls with 189 parking spaces and 23 outdoor parking spaces will be built. Some of the apartments will be condominiums, while the remaining units will be rented out.
The order volume is CHF 98 million. Topping out was celebrated in June, and the apartments should be ready for occupancy from fall 2015. (ah)
