SF Sustainable Property Fund makes additional purchases
The SF Sustainable Property Fund of Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG has acquired three residential properties. The properties are located in Widnau (SG), Pratteln (BL) and Kloten (ZH); the total investment volume amounted to CHF 37.29 million.
According to Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG, the CHF 81.5 million inflow of funds in April 2015 was thus fully invested within four months at a gross return of over five percent. As of September 1, 2015, the fund will now hold 28 properties with an investment volume of CHF 315 million. Following the acquisitions, the residential share is 89 percent. (ah)
