Starting signal for new superstructure by Eberli Sarnen
On October 12, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the second construction phase of the "Obere Bitzi" development in Stans. Two houses with a total of 19 condominiums are being built.
The project was developed by Eberli Entwicklung AG in Sarnen. The architecture was realized by the team of CAS Chappuis Aregger Solèr AG from Willisau.
The apartment mix includes 3.5- to 5.5-room apartments with net living areas ranging from 86.50 sqm (3.5-room apartment) to 173 sqm (5.5-room attic apartment). A parking garage in the basement will provide 39 parking spaces.
Six years ago, Eberli Sarnen AG realized 27 condominiums in the first construction phase. (ah)
