Schwyz: Start of construction for new quarter in Ibach
In Ibach-Schwyz on the main road between Brunnen and Schwyz, a residential development is being built with 13 apartment buildings with 195 owner-occupied and rental apartments. Construction started at the end of October.

The first stage of the Mythen-Hof project comprises nine buildings with 117 apartments, the parking garage for 300 vehicles and a pavilion. In a second stage, the remaining buildings will be built in the core zone of the new quarter, writes general contractor Anliker AG. The Mythen-Hof project offers 2.5- to 5.5-room apartments for sale and rent. Occupation of the first stage is from summer 2017. The investment volume is around CHF 120 million including land costs.
The building owners for the condominiums are Gesellschaft für Immobilien-Anlagewerte AG Luzern and for the rental apartments Ems Immo-Hof AG in Ibach and AST Avenir Hof AG in Ibach. The architectural firm Burkard Meyer from Baden developed the project as part of the architectural competition. Anliker AG Generalunternehmung is responsible for the execution. (ah)
