Grisons: Domleschg may build housing estate
The Graubünden government has approved the "Pardieni" site plan of the Domleschg municipality. The area north of Almens is to be used for a new residential development with a central underground parking facility based on a design concept.
The Graubünden government emphasizes that this is not an extension of the building zone, but a further development of a residential zone of the former municipality of Almens that is already legally valid. The government has rejected the two planning appeals filed against the site plan. (ah)
