Basel: SFPI plans residential development
Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG has secured two adjacent, developed plots in Basel at Elsässerstrasse 1 and 3. SFPI is planning to build 23 condominiums with a total volume of around CHF 13 million on the 537 square meter site.
The building application is scheduled for spring 2016, and the buildings should be completed in 2019. The plot borders St. Johanns Park with a view of the Rhine.
At the same time, SFPI has sold the property Mühlegasse 2 in Liestal - at a price above the current market value, according to the company. (ah)
