Basel: SF Sustainable Property Fund acquires
Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG has acquired the Rainweg 6-16 property in Lausen (BL) for its SF Sustainable Property Fund.
The purchase price for the 37 family apartments in a popular residential location in the extended agglomeration of Basel was CHF 20 million. This yields a net return of 3.75 percent, according to Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG. With a GEAK C classification, the property, built in 1996, meets the fund's required energy standard.
With the acquisition of the property in Lausen, the resources of the SF Sustainable Property Fund are now fully invested. As of December 1, 2015, the portfolio thus comprises 29 properties with over 1,000 apartments. This corresponds to an investment volume of CHF 335 million. (ah)
