Worb: New residential development planned
After years of planning, the building application for the "Dreiklang" development in Worb will now be submitted at the end of 2015. The investment volume is CHF 38 million.
According to a report of the Dreiklang Hofmatt AG, the Bernese newspaper will construct three buildings with a total of 60 apartments on the municipally owned Hofmatt site. Stores are also planned; among other things, Aldi will open a branch. The buildings should be ready for occupancy in 2018. In addition, 180 public parking spaces are planned. However, the SP wants to achieve with an urgent motion that a second underground parking level and thus more parking space is created. (ah)
