"Linked Living" comprises 589 fully furnished micro-apartments, various common areas such as TV and washing lounges, and a large roof terrace with a panoramic view of Vienna. In addition, the eleven-story building houses a café, a burger restaurant, a fitness studio and a store for outdoor clothing on around 1,800 square meters of commercial space.

The property is part of the Messecarree urban development project and is located in the immediate vicinity of the new campus of the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien), the Austria Center Vienna (ACV), the Congress Center and the Vienna Prater.

Sascha Wilhelm, Chief Executive Officer of Corestate, says: "Based on the current occupancy figures and the continued strong interest, we expect full occupancy in early 2016." (ah)
