Novavest buys in the canton of Bern
Novavest Real Estate AG has acquired a residential property with 20 residential units in Jegenstorf, Canton of Berne. The investment volume is CHF 9.82 million and the target rental income amounts to CHF 540,000 per annum.
The two newly built apartment buildings at Solothurnerstrasse 77 and 79 are located on the outskirts of Jegenstorf. They were completed at the end of November 2015 and comprise 20 residential units (2- to 4.5-room apartments) with a total rental area of 1,957 sqm. The property also includes 20 parking spaces in the underground garage as well as four craft rooms and a storage room.
The transfer of ownership is scheduled for February 1, 2016. (ah)
