Allreal: Chairman of the Board Thomas Lustenberger steps down

Dr. Thomas Lustenberger, member of the Board of Directors of Allreal Holding AG since 1999 and its Chairman since 2003, will tender his resignation at the upcoming 2016 Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors proposes Bruno Bettoni as its new Chairman.

Bruno Bettoni (born 1949, Swiss) headed the Allreal Group as Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to April 2015 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Allreal Holding AG since 2013. At the Annual General Meeting to be held in Zurich on April 15, 2016, the Board of Directors will also propose the election of two new members: Andrea Sieber (born 1976, Swiss), partner in the law firm Meyerlustenberger Lachenal, and Thomas Stenz (born 1959, Swiss), Swiss certified accountant, partner at Ernst & Young until 2014.

The other members of the Board of Directors are standing for re-election. They are Dr. Ralph-Thomas Honegger, Albert Leiser, Olivier Steimer and Peter Spuhler. In addition, the Board of Directors will propose the election of Dr. Ralph-Thomas Honegger (re-election) and Bruno Bettoni (new election) to the Nomination and Compensation Committee. Honegger is to become Chairman of the Committee.

In addition to its activities as a general contractor (project development and realization), the Allreal Group says it has a "profitably stable real estate portfolio" valued at CHF 3.51 billion. In the 2014 financial year, the project volume handled by Allreal amounted to 871 million. The listed real estate company currently employs over 370 people in Zurich, Bern, Cham and St. Gallen. It operates exclusively in Switzerland. (mr)
