In the first stage of Salmenpark, buildings with almost 150 apartments and several thousand square meters of office and retail space have been constructed at a cost of CHF 180 million. Now, according to a report in the Aargauer newspaper are already working on the second stage. The building application has now been submitted, but discussions are still ongoing with the municipality as to what exactly the second stage should look like. What is certain, however, is that PSP intends to construct four buildings to the west of the new development for a further CHF 60 million. Unlike in the first stage, there are no longer plans for office space, but instead 100 apartments.

According to the newspaper report, PSP is satisfied with the sales of the apartments already built in the first phase: at the end of February, two thirds of the condominiums had been sold and around 60 percent of the rental apartments had been let. (ah)
