Fortimo presents business figures for 2015
The St. Gallen-based real estate company Fortimo Group generated sales of CHF 145.6 million in the 2015 financial year. This is slightly less than in the previous year, when Fortimo generated 148.3 million. Equity, however, increased significantly from 88.4 (as of December 31, 2014) to 116.2 million.
The properties in Fortimo's portfolio were recognized at CHF 380.4 million (previous year: 181.4 million) at the end of 2015. In addition to the construction and sale of residential property, the Fortimo Group builds apartments in order to hold and rent them in its own portfolio. The focus is on German-speaking Switzerland. For the next few years, Fortimo has more than 30 connected projects in twelve cantons with a total volume of more than CHF 900 million in the pipeline.
Furthermore, Fortimo is diversifying and expanding in the tourism real estate sector and recently also in the "Health&Care" sector: Since the beginning of 2016, the company has been the sponsor of the Bad Säntisblick AG retirement and nursing home. (ah)
