Patrimonium is building a new neighborhood according to plans by architects Bauart and KCAP, consisting of six residential buildings with green roofs and service areas on the first floor. The angled building blocks will be arranged in three groups of two, each with landscaped courtyards. A seventh building with office space and an 800 sqm public pavilion complete the ensemble.

This will create more than 53,000 square meters of rental space on a 5,700-square-meter site. Of this, 70 percent will be apartments (550 residential units). The remaining 30 percent is divided between retail and office space.

The building permits for the individual buildings will be applied for in the next few months. Patrimonium plans to construct the office building first. Construction is scheduled to start in the second half of 2016. According to Patrimonium, many spaces have already been pre-let to date, and negotiations for the letting of the remaining spaces are nearing completion. (ah)
