UBS Foncipars buys in Nyon
As has now been announced, the UBS Foncipars real estate fund acquired the new "SwisshausNyon" project in Nyon (VD) for around CHF 52 million at the beginning of February.
The "SwisshausNyon", with a total area of around 6,000 square meters, comprises 94 apartments and around 1,500 square meters of office space. The project is being built and certified to the Minergie standard. Construction will start this spring and the property is scheduled to be occupied in stages from the first quarter of 2018 to the third quarter of 2019. (ah)
