Anliker buys development site in Ballwil
The construction and general contracting company Anliker buys a 10,000 square meter site in Ballwil (LU) from the medical technology manufacturer Belimed and plans, among other things, residential construction there.

As the "Neue Luzerner Zeitung" (NLZ) writes, Belimed AG will cease operations in Ballwil at the end of August and sell the 10,141 square meter company site. The intended change of ownership has not yet been publicly published. The Ballwil municipal clerk Mario Inderbitzin confirmed at the request of the NLZ that the municipality had been informed about the sale of the Belimed site.
According to Xaver Sigrist, chairman of the board of directors of Anliker Construction and General Contracting, the purchase was handled by Immobilien-Anlagewerte AG, Lucerne, which is 100 percent owned by Anliker. Both parties to the contract agreed not to disclose the purchase price, writes the NLZ. In the future, Belimed will concentrate its production in Switzerland at the Sulgen site in the canton of Thurgau. (mr)
