The subsidiary of Investis Holding AG is thus implementing a step announced at the time of its IPO at the end of June. In addition, Investis Investments SA has used CHF 10.6 million to repay a loan owed by Investis Patrimoine SA. The total amount for the acquisition of the minority stake and the repayment of the loan thus amounted to CHF 41.4 million, as the company, which has been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange for around three weeks, has now announced.

Investis Holding AG, which claims to be the "leading company for residential real estate in the Lake Geneva region and a national provider of real estate services", has thus used part of the net proceeds from its IPO of over 150 million at the end of June. (mr)
