"Senevita Bernerrose Zollikofen" under construction
Arwal Immobilien AG (Lucerne) and TGS GmbH (Berne) are currently building a new retirement and dementia centre in Zollikofen (BE). It will offer 57 senior apartments as well as several care groups.
"Thanks to their central location, the new buildings will make a significant contribution to the formation of the centre of Zollikofen," writes Huber Real Estate AG from Bern, which has been commissioned with the letting. Senevita's operating concept here provides for "assisted living and nursing care in homely nursing home groups". The development is a project by the Berlin office of Feddersen Architekten and IAAG Architekten (Berne).
The new building will be occupied by Huber Real Estate (formerly: Huber & Ploerer Verwaltungen AG) with numerous tenants such as a post office, library, hairdresser, medical centre, etc. The foundation stone of the "Senevita Bernerrose Zollikofen" was laid in September 2015, the occupancy date is expected to be in autumn 2017.
