Neuhausen: Holder project is one step further
The Neuhausen municipal council has approved the "Industrieplatz Nord" district plan, which will be open to the public until September 1, 2016. Halter AG is planning a development on the site.

At the beginning of 2015, Halter AG Entwicklungen held an urban planning competition for a major construction project at Industrieplatz in Neuhausen, from which the "Neighbourhood" project by Tony Fretton Architects from London and Blättler Dafflon Architekten from Zurich emerged as the winner. The new building on Industrieplatz is intended to enhance the urban development of the strategically important location at the new SBB stop "Neuhausen Rheinfall" and the access to the Rhine Falls.
The new development is to comprise 56 apartments and 350 square meters of space for retail and gastronomy on the first floor. According to Halter AG, the investment volume is CHF 35 million. (ah)
