Basel: Start of construction for Allreal project
An Allreal residential development is being built on the Bruderholz in Basel. A total of twelve terraced single-family homes with 5.5 and 6.5 rooms are being built in two buildings. The investment volume is CHF 16 million.
The Am Kirschblütenweg development is located on a park-like site at the end of a cul-de-sac. Construction work on the project began on August 25, 2016, and is expected to last until the end of 2017. All of the houses had already been sold before construction began, according to Allreal.
The project meets the Minergie standard. Heating is generated with gas, hot water with solar collectors. (ah)
