Suurstoffi: Building permit for "Aglaya" high-rise building
On October 21, 2016, Zug Estates received the building permit for the "Aglaya" garden tower in Suurstoffi in Risch Rotkreuz. The 70-meter-high building will contain 85 high-quality condominiums.

A special feature of the building is the linking of architecture and planting: the building will appear as a unified organism and, through a targeted choice of plants, will provide different color accents in each season.
The 85 condominiums (1.5 to 5.5 rooms) mostly have green balconies as a kind of vertical gardens. They characterize the central idea of "Aglaya", namely the fusion of exterior and interior space.
The garden high-rise, which Zug Estates says is the only one of its kind in Switzerland to date, is expected to be completed and ready for occupation by the end of 2018. Zug Estates will begin marketing the condominiums on November 1. (ah)
