Privera launches online tenant portal
The real estate service provider Privera is launching an online portal for the tenants of its properties. Among other things, the portal is intended to enable tenants to communicate directly with management and to process all notifications efficiently.
After a pilot phase in 2015, Privera began the gradual, regional rollout of the tenant portal in October 2016. According to the company, 30 percent of the tenants contacted used the application after just a few weeks. The plan is for the tenant portal to be available to all Privera residential tenants over the course of the next year.
The application has a modular structure. In the first version, it includes various communication functions between Privera and the tenants. The application also includes a service center with an integrated ticketing system, which allows tenants to check the status of their messages online at any time.
In addition to digital access to key contract data, tenants have access to further information about their apartment or property and the topic of "living". External services are also offered, such as the Movu AG relocation platform.
Privera implemented the application together with Allthings Technologies AG, an ETH spin-off, within three months. (ah)
