Livit manages Promaxima properties

Promaxima Immobilien AG has reallocated the management of its real estate portfolio. Livit AG Real Estate Management in Zurich has been managing all of the listed real estate company's properties since March 1, 2017. The Promaxima Immobilien portfolio consists mainly of apartment buildings in the Mittelland and Eastern Switzerland regions.

The company's Board of Directors is "delighted" about the strategic partnership with Livit. They are convinced that they have set the course for a continued successful future with the new appointment.
