Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds buys in Wohlen
At the end of September, the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds acquired a residential development with three apartment buildings in Wohlen (AG). The investment volume is around CHF 10 million.
The purchase agreement for the acquisition of the residential properties at Wilerzelgstrasse 2/2a/4 in Wohlen was signed on September 26, 2017. The transfer of ownership took place as of October 1.
The three apartment buildings with no short- or medium-term renovation requirements have three full floors and an attic and are connected by a shared underground parking garage. The total rentable area is 2,226 sqm. The 23 apartments are all rented.
The residential development with three apartment buildings is located about 500 m from Wohlen train station. The properties were built in 1995, in 2011 the attics were converted into apartments. They are mainly 3.5 and 4.5 room apartments.
According to its own information, the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund invests in sustainable real estate throughout Switzerland. According to the investment strategy, at least 60 percent of the real estate assets are invested in properties with residential use.
