How the St. Galler Tagblatt reports, construction of the luxury residence "Le Port du Navire" in Uttwil (TG) is to begin in February.

The development is being built on the former site of the Hanseatic Lloyd shipping company in the northwest of Uttwil, directly on Lake Constance. There is already a ship-shaped, three-story office building with underground parking there. Mettler2Invest had redefined the existing design plan. In addition to the office building, two new, also three-story structures are planned on the site, which will be directly attached to the existing underground parking garage.

According to Mettler2Invest, the property with the approved project was sold in 2017 to LN Immo AG, which developed it further. "Le Port du Navire" will create 17 luxury residences with services. The residences will have between 180 and 600 square meters of living space, direct lake access and some will have their own pool. Also planned is an indoor swimming pool with wellness and fitness area as well as a concierge and chauffeur service. The underground garage has 51 parking spaces with a separate, air-conditioned Classic Car Center, which can accommodate a further eleven vehicles.

According to the report of the St. Galler Tagblatt the luxury housing development will be a gated community, where unauthorized persons will not be allowed to enter. A porter will monitor the site with video cameras and make patrols at night, according to the newspaper report.
