Bonainvest opens smart living platform
Bonacasa, a subsidiary of Bonainvest Holding, has opened the Smart Living Loft in Oensingen (SO). Companies and organizations from the fields of architecture, construction, home technology, digitalization and science present their ideas on the subject of smart homes.
The 180-square-meter Smart Living Loft will serve as a meeting place and be the leading platform for connected living, Bonacasa announces. Bonacasa wants to work with partners to develop solutions that sustainably improve living. These partners are represented in the Smart Living Loft and present their innovations there.
Connected living with a better quality of life is a cross-generational need that is increasing year by year in Switzerland. Drivers are social megatrends and technological developments that create new needs among tenants and apartment owners, Bonacasa adds. Examples cited include threshold-free bathrooms, showers with energy recovery, 24/7 emergency call, intelligent parcel acceptance systems and comprehensive communication systems.
Bonainvest Holding, the company behind Bonacasa, describes itself as the Swiss market leader in connected living. More than 1,000 apartments have been built by Bonainvest at 23 locations in Switzerland, where the subsidiary Bonacasa provides smart-home services.
