Two new projects for Steiner Investment Group
The Steiner Investment Foundation has added two further projects to the portfolio of its "Swiss Development Residential" investment group. These are located in the municipalities of Arlesheim (BL) and Aarau (AG).
As reported by the Steiner Investment Foundation, the public notarizations recently took place. In Arlesheim, a plot of land with a total area of 13,851 square meters was acquired by Steiner AG. The community is located in the Basel agglomeration. The "La Colinne" project there comprises 45 residential units, including several apartment buildings with 29 condominiums and 16 terraced single-family houses.
In addition, a residential and commercial development with 36 residential units in the north of the municipality of Aarau was added to the investment group's portfolio. The Aargau project will be realized on a plot with a total area of 1,170 square meters. The municipality of Aarau is the center of a medium-sized agglomeration in the canton.
According to the project developer, both projects are scheduled for completion in 2023. (mr)
