Raiffeisen Futura: oversubscribed capital increase
Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds has raised CHF 40 million in its capital increase. The issue was significantly oversubscribed, according to the fund management.
A total of 422,775 new units in the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund were issued at a subscription price of CHF 95.88 net each during the subscription period from 30 August to 17 September 2021, according to fund management company Verit Investment Management. This means that the fund will receive around CHF 40 million in new money. The funds are to be used for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio.
The issue was carried out on a commission basis ("best effort basis") as part of a public subscription offer in Switzerland and the subscription ratio was 7:1. The new units are scheduled to be paid on 23 September 2021. In the future, there will be approximately 3.38 million fund units in circulation. (ah)
