Procimmo: Capital increase for the Procimmo 2
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II is currently carrying out a capital increase. The target volume is CHF 40 million.
The subscription period for the capital increase of Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II runs until 24 September 2021; the payment of the new shares is scheduled for 1 October. The subscription ratio is 12:1 and the subscription price is CHF 125.90 net per new unit.
With the fresh funds of around CHF 40 million, additional real estate acquisitions will be made possible, according to asset manager Procimmo. In addition, the fund will be further stabilised, among other things by reducing the debt financing ratio, and existing construction projects will also be driven forward. (ah)
