Procimmo SICAV: Fresh money for acquisitions
Procimmo Real Estate SICAV has received just under CHF 90 million as part of a capital increase. The money is to be used for acquisitions.
The capital increase was fully subscribed, Procimmo announces. A total of 596,135 new shares of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV were issued, now approximately 5.96 million share certificates are in circulation. The subscription period ran from 5 to 15 October 2021, and the shares of the SICAV were paid on 22 October.
According to Procimmo, the capital increase will mainly enable additional real estate acquisitions. Some of the funds raised will also be invested in existing construction projects, and the debt financing ratio will also be reduced.
Procimmo further announces that the General Meeting of the SICAV has confirmed the distribution of the proposed dividend of CHF 5.40 per share for the financial year 2020/2021. It is to be distributed on 29 October 2021. (ah)
