Naef Immobilier: participation in Homenhancement
Naef Immobilier is acquiring a stake in Homenhancement, a French-speaking Swiss company specialising in the management of furnished apartments in Geneva and Lausanne.
The participation in Homenhancement complements the portfolio of activities and offers an additional service for the management and rental of unfurnished apartments, says Naef Immobilier.
Homenhancement was founded in Geneva in 2015 and rents out furnished apartments for a temporary period of at least one month. The portfolio comprises 450 apartments in Geneva and Lausanne; 54 new apartments were recently opened in Lausanne. The apartments vary in size: they vary from studios to 4-room apartments, and are fully equipped and furnished.
Homenhancement remains an independent entity, led and managed by its co-founder Gaël Constantin. Etienne Nagy, General Manager of the Naef Real Estate Group, joins the Board of Directors of Homenhancement. (ah)
