Raiffeisen Futura buys in Grenchen and Lugano
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has acquired residential properties in Lugano and Grenchen. The investment volume is estimated at over CHF 22 million.

In Lugano, the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has purchased a residential property at Via Francesco Borromini 29, a good 600 meters from Lugano train station, for over CHF 11 million. The building was constructed in 1991 and is in good condition, Raiffeisen says. The 23 apartments (2.5 to 4.5 rooms) are all rented. The apartments have been continuously renovated and offer rent increase potential that should be achievable in the short to medium term, Raiffeisen added.
The property also includes 16 parking spaces and seven outdoor parking spaces, as well as a photovoltaic system that covers the electricity needs for the common areas and two apartments.
In Grenchen (SO), the real estate fund acquired the residential property at Bettlachstrasse 64/66. It consists of two fully rented apartment buildings, which were built in 2019. The town center is within walking distance and the Grenchen Süd train station is about 750 meters away.
According to Raiffeisen, the property has a total of 18 apartments (3.5 and 4.5 rooms) of a high standard and an underground garage with 17 parking spaces. Outside, there are a further twelve parking spaces, a playground and a bicycle shelter. The investment volume is over CHF 11 million, according to Raiffeisen. (ah)
