FPRE: Residential buildings more expensive in Q2, stagnation for offices

The price increases compared to the previous quarter are most pronounced in the regions of Eastern Switzerland (+2.0%), Basel and the Alpine region (+1.7% each) and Jura (+1.5%). Only in Southern Switzerland did prices stagnate (-0.3%).
