Fiona Hamilton brings 25 years of retail experience to BNP Paribas Real Estate, where she and her team will provide strategic advice to international retailers and support leading global brands in their pan-European expansion strategies.

For Hamilton, the move marks a return to the UK retail scene, having previously led JLL's Transport Airport and Global Infrastructure (TAGI) Group for several years. Prior to that, Hamilton ran her own retail consultancy for 20 years until it was bought by King Sturge in 2008. As an equity partner, she led one of King Sturge's offices until the company merged with JLL in 2011.

"This is a very dynamic time for retail in an increasingly global retail environment. It offers many opportunities for brands that are able to adapt to changing demographics, technology and social media," says Hamilton. (ah)
