Swiss Life buys in Dietlikon and St. Gallen
Swiss Life REF (LUX) Commercial Properties Switzerland has acquired two commercial properties in Dietlikon and St. Gallen.
The two long-term, fully let properties fit very well into the portfolio of the Swiss Life REF (LUX) Commercial Properties Switzerland real estate fund.
The properties are fully let on long-term leases and are in very good locations in the shopping areas of Dietlikon and St. Gallen-Winkeln, according to Swiss Life.
The weighted current lease term of the two properties (WAULT) is 12.7 years. The properties have a total target rental income of CHF 3.4 million.
Following this acquisition, the fund portfolio consists of 30 properties with a total market value of over CHF 800 million.
