Refurbishment of Villeneuve Retail Park completed
After being closed for over a year for an extensive refurbishment, the Villeneuve Retail Park mall - previously known as Villeneuve Outlet - reopened at the beginning of April. The property belongs to the Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund.
The "Villeneuve Retail Park" comprises over 18,000 sqm of commercial space and houses
twelve tenants. These are national and international brands, mainly from the areas of interior design and decoration, children's articles, men's and women's clothing and equipment for motorcycles and leisure. On site are, for example, TopTip and Lumimart, which have renewed their concept on two floors, as well as Maison Du Monde and Maxi Toys.
The commercial zone of Artevil in Villeneuve (VD) will "benefit from a new dynamic thanks to the revitalization of the center and the arrival of foreign brands," Procimmo is convinced. The asset manager managed the renovation and transformation work for the "Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund". In this context, the property, previously known as "Villeneuve Outlet", was renamed "Villeneuve Retail Park"(VRP).
