Zurich: First Swiss fashion store of Pinko
The Italian fashion label Pinko opens its first store in Switzerland in September 2017.
The store at Strehlgasse 9 in Zurich is expected to open at the beginning of September. Founded in the 1980s, the Italian company Pinko has more than 1,000 sales outlets worldwide, 120 of which are so-called mono-label stores.
SPG Intercity Zurich AG acted as an intermediary on behalf of the property's owners for the lease between Rennweg and Rathausbrücke. Tenant Pinko had commissioned CBRE with the search for a suitable Swiss location.
