Procimmo fund buys in Dierikon

Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II has acquired a retail park in Dierikon (LU) with a market value of CHF 38 million.

According to Procimmo, the property at Industriestrasse 1 in Dierikon was acquired in December 2017; the market value is CHF 38 million. The property has retail, commercial and office space and is used as a retail park.

The leasable space comprises a total of 10,669 sqm and, according to the fund management company, most of it has been leased for many years. The land area amounts to 10,757 sqm. The property is located in the commercial zone southwest of Dierikon, a community between Ebikon and Root. There is a wide range of infrastructure and retail outlets in the immediate vicinity of the retail park, and the freeway access is just a few minutes' drive away.

Procimmo puts the actual gross yield on the cost price at around 5.7 percent. According to the fund management company, the market value of all properties in Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II is currently around CHF 350 million.
