Zurich: Jewellery label APM rents on Storchengasse
The jewelry label APM Monaco is opening its first mono-label store in Zurich. The company rents a retail space at Storchengasse 17.
In Zurich, APM will be located at Storchengasse 17 on a total of 35 sqm. The retail space is leased by a private individual who was represented by Kuoni Mueller & Partner. Savills acted as advisor to APM Monaco.
The jewelry label is currently on a Europe-wide expansion course. In addition to the new Zurich location, the company has also leased space for a store in Frankfurt. The store is around 60 square meters in size and is located at Neue Mainzer Strasse 84 on the corner of Goethestrasse 37. The landlord of the property is Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG, represented by Allianz Real Estate Germany.
The real estate service provider Savills was commissioned by APM Monaco for the space brokerage in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with an exclusive mandate. For the leases in Zurich and Frankfurt, the owners were also supported by Savills in an advisory capacity, the real estate service provider says.
