Zurich: Property on Löwenstrasse renovated
The new tenant in the property at Löwenstrasse 42 / Seidengasse 15 in downtown Zurich is the fine food restaurant "1904", a new gastronomy concept from the Aston Martin brand Lagonda.

Redevco, investment company for retail real estate, had commissioned Mint Architecture (formerly: Retailpartners) for the building refurbishment of the commercial property near Löwenplatz. First, a feasibility study was conducted, as well as an analysis of potential uses for the commercial space. Mint Architecture then took over the planning and execution of the renovation of the building, including the redesign of the façade.
The shop windows, which had previously been set back on Löwenstrasse, were removed in line with the original alignment of the façade, and at the same time the commercial space was increased - by 23 square meters. CBRE Switzerland acted as an agent for the new lease on behalf of the owner. The previous tenant in the commercial space was Clockhouse, a fashion brand belonging to C&A, until summer 2018. (mr)
